Who We Are
SWOP is Australia’s largest and longest established community based peer education sex worker organisation focused on HIV, STI and Hepatitis C prevention, education and health promotion for sex workers in NSW. SWOP is partially funded by the New South Wales Ministry of Health and other government bodies but relies on donations and sales of safe sex items such as condoms for much of our income and other activities.
We are an Australian Registered Charity and have Australian Service Excellence Standards Accreditation.

Returns Policy
Due to their nature we are unable to accept returns on safe sex items (condoms, gloves, lubes and dams) unless the items are defective or have been sent in error.
If you need to return a defective or incorrect item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Credit Card Payments
Please note that all credit card payments will show on your credit card statement as "Sex Workers Outreach Project".
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. We post in Australia Post express post satchels.
All orders received before 2:00pm on each weekday will be posted that day. Orders received after 2:00pm are posted the next weekday provided the SWOP office is open (not on public holidays, Christmas closure, etc).
Orders are posted by Express Post and should be delivered next business day where the delivery address is within the Australia Post Express Network. Please note this is contingent on Australia Post capacity, and is not guaranteed by SWOP NSW.
Large orders may be shipped by courier or hand delivered by SWOP staff.
Orders within Australia not within the Australia Post Express Network will be shipped via Australia Post with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. Deliveries to Western Australia, Tasmania and some, regional areas and other territories may take longer than stated; times are dependent on Australia Post.
- All condoms meet all Australian standards and International standard (ISO 4074).
- All condoms vegan-friendly and do not contain animal derivatives and are not animal tested.
- All condoms are individually packed condom with an expiry date. The expiry date indicates the end of safe usage period.
- All condoms should be used only with water and silicone based lubricants.
- Allergic reactions are rare but may occur. We sell latex condoms and nearly all condoms manufactured are latex condoms. We suggest that you don’t buy latex condoms in bulk before you have used a latex condom.
